My Family’s Favorite Pickles
Growing up, we always had a garden. One of the vegetables we grew was cucumbers, and every year my mom would make her famous golden glow pickles, which were always a huge hit in my family. Her pickles didn’t last long since we all loved them so much!
My mother made these pickles a lot when my sisters and I were little, but she hadn’t made them for a while. She just made them again recently, and they taste just as good as I remember.
What to Do With Too Many Cucumbers
If you have an overabundance of cucumbers, you should try making these delicious pickles. I should add that they’re super easy to make, too. I hope you love them as much as my family does.
Why Are They Called “Golden Glow”?
My family calls these pickles golden glow because when they are done they have a beautiful, golden yellow color.
